Fixed Operations Program
The dealership's owner or general manager has tagged you for success. You have career successes in a couple areas in an automotive dealership and now it’s your job to start to run the Service area. But how do you learn one of the most demanding jobs in the business - Fixed Operations Specialist - for a large car dealership, when there is no one to teach you?
ATC Fixed Operations graduates are trained and ready to start working in
a Service, Parts or Body Shop department.
You'll be respected and valued by the industry and by customers. Customers will rely on you to help, whether it's with finding the correct part, estimating their vehicle after an accident, or being the liaison with technicians that will be fixing the car.
Career opportunities in the Fixed Operations department are the best kept secrets in the automotive industry; these are often the jobs that are 'under the radar' for most people, but pay great money ($40,000 - 70,000+ per year) and are key to the success of repair shops, dealership, and other automotive companies.

Kevin Harms
Fixed Operations Graduate
After the program I got a great offer from a new Harley Davidson dealership. I organised the department from what I learned from the program. The Fixed Operations Program gave me the skills and confidence to do a job that requires everything needed in the industry. I would recommend this program to anyone interested.
