recognized courses or apply for admission into our
fast track (17 weeks), accredited Fixed Operations
Specialist Program. You will receive an
industry recognized Certificate upon graduation and be
prepared to work in the exciting Automotive field.
The four-month Fixed Operations Specialist
Program provides you with a wide angle view of
dealer/store operations and management procedures and includes
these three, intensive courses. Each one-month course
will give you the skill set and knowledge so you can start
earning more - sooner.
Automotive Service
Consultant: the four-week course prepares you
for the front line position at a dealership or auto repair
facility. Learn to write accurate shop repair orders, train on
industry software and be able to quickly and effectively
analyze a customer's problems. As a Service Consultant, you
will play a key role in converting a customer's description of
a problem into a shop repair order.
Auto Body Repair Estimator: the
four-week intensive course teaches estimators to accurately
and effectively calculate the costs of auto collision repairs.
Learn to play a key role in the analysis, negotiation and
reconciliation of the repair process. Ideal for employment
with an auto body repair company or with an insurance company.
Learn to estimate auto repairs and reconcile with the actual
repairs done by the body shop. Train auto body estimating
specific software.
Automotive Parts and Warehousing
Professional: the five-week course will help to train
you in the latest computer auto parts software. Learn stock
handling procedures and warehousing practices. Learn about
automobile design and systems theory. The after market parts
industry needs qualified, motivated parts people.
