programs offered by ATC, the following programs are particularly suitable
for international students:
Automotive Operations & Business
Management
This 16-month comprehensive program will prepare students that wish to
open their own automotive business or get them ready for a management
position in the automotive industry. You will develop all the
necessary skills and knowledge by completing the following certificate
programs:
This program includes a 13-week practicum in an automotive business.
Automotive Technology
(available at ATC B.C. only)
This is an intensive 12-month program that will give students a broad
view of automotive techniques. From engine diagnostic to Auto Body
refinishing all technical aspects are covered. This program is
well suited for international students that wish to be considered
knowledgeable and well perceived by the automotive industry in their
home country. You will develop all the necessary skills and
knowledge by completing the following certificate programs:
This program includes a 10-week practicum in an automotive business.
Pre-Apprentice Automotive Technician
This is an intensive 6-month program which combines hands-on experience
in the shop, classroom instructions and a 5-week practicum. This program
is particularly suitable for international students who want to acquire
all the basic skills necessary to start a pre-apprenticeship program in
their home country.
